Managing role-based access across administrative, operational, compliance, and contributor roles requires sophisticated permission systems.
How we worked
Our approach
We built the AILAS platform as an AI strategy and governance solution. It provides personalized assessment journeys that adapt to organizational AI maturity, multi-tier RBAC for appropriate access boundaries, and diagnostic tools covering readiness, ethics, governance, and compliance with actionable recommendations.

AILAS Compass Journey includes six modules: Foundations Explorer, AI Use Case Explorer, AI Readiness Diagnostic, AI Ethics Diagnostic, AI Governance Diagnostic, and AI Compliance Diagnostic. Four-tier RBAC: Organization Admins (account, billing, users); Department AI Leads (full journey access); Compliance & Tech Authorities (Compliance OS overlay); Employees (workflow mapping, use case suggestions, AI literacy). Organization profile and use case matching support invite-based onboarding.
